Fulfillment is priced by box size, with the box included — you provide the prepaid label, so package weight doesn't change the price. Storage is charged per item or bundle at the beginning of each month by inventory age — free the first 30 days, and not refunded for items shipped out mid-month. Marketplace prep carries a $10 minimum per WFS/FBA shipment. Carton receiving is free. A $50 monthly minimum applies. Custom boxes larger than a large, and packages over 25 lb, are quoted separately.

Fulfillment center, 3PL, or prep center — what's the difference?
A fulfillment center stores your inventory and ships your orders. A 3PL adds services around that. A prep center gets inventory ready to sell — labeling, bagging, bundling — before it ships. We do all three.
How is fulfillment priced?
By box size, with the box included: $2.00 for a small (8×6×4), $2.50 for a medium (12×9×9), and $3.00 for a large (18×12×12). You provide the prepaid shipping label, so package weight doesn't change the price — anything larger than a large box, or over 25 lb, is quoted. Storage and receiving are billed separately.
Do I provide shipping labels, or can you create them?
Either. Send us your prepaid labels and we apply them, or we can buy and print each label for you.
Are there minimums, setup fees, or contracts?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. There is a $50 monthly minimum and a small refundable deposit.
Which selling platforms do you support?
Walmart Marketplace, Amazon FBM, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop, plus your own website.
Can you prep inventory for Amazon FBA?
Yes — FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, and boxing to Amazon's requirements.
How are returns handled?
We receive, inspect, and restock returns of orders we fulfilled — a flat $3.00 per returned package. Repackaging, grading, and disposal are available as add-ons. You provide the prepaid return label.
